Most comfortable shoes I’ve got. The service from staff of very good!

This is a tourist trap where they upsell you on sketcher shoes. Their lowest priced shoes are about 20-30% above regular retail. As soon as you walk in the door they’ll try and upsell you on products. Would stay away!!!! You’re better off at an abc mart or something

We could only speak very little Japanese, but the staff was super nice and helpful. She patiently helped my mom with fitting, even my mom changed several pairs, until she made her decision. The staff even gave us an extra gift bag when we checked out.
I regret I didn’t ask her name, and I can’t thank her enough!

I am rating the service by Yusuke a 5/5 but the selection of the store a 3/5. Yusuke was super patient and helped us try on many shoes and assisted with looking for our sizes. My daughter and I both wear a 8W back in the US but the Japanese sizes run a bit smaller than in the US. Regardless of the size issue, there weren’t as many styles as I’m used to in stores outside of Japan. Service by all the salespeople were great as I saw a few helping others while we were there.

Had a really good experience. Reina was patient and very helpful. My wife and I bought a pair of Skechers each. We would not have done so without Reina’s help.

I truly wonder where all these high ratings come from. Last night, I specifically visited the store. Upon entry, the first Japanese staff member I encountered, immediately after I indicated my limited Japanese proficiency and asked if I could communicate in English, outright refused us.

Then, using images and descriptions from Skechers' official Japanese website, I inquired if they had certain shoe models in stock. The staff member said they didn't have them. We asked about a second and a third model, and each time, I got the same response.

Later, a second Japanese staff member approached me with an arrogant and impatient demeanor, spoke rapidly in Japanese, and after translating through Google, the gist was that any in-stock shoes would be on the shelves. He then quickly walked away.

The experience was disheartening; there was a complete lack of basic courtesy from the service staff. I personally will not visit this store again and would advise others to steer clear if possible.

They actually have Harajuku-limited shoes here!
Be sure to also ask for limited to Tokyo and Shibuya shoes, they carried them in this store too.
