I haven’t been to Krystal’s for years and now I know why. I would give Zero stars if I could. This was the worse food and customer service I have ever had. The burger was old and I would’ve posted the picture, but they threw them away as soon as I told them to look at it. I asked for my money back and they refused. Store manager told me that they don’t do refunds ever. So even though they serve you old food you can’t get your money back. I asked for her name and her higher ups contact information so that I can call and complain, but she told me that she couldn’t provide that. It’s Sunday and corporates close, but as soon as they open I will definitely give a major complain because they didn’t give me my money back and I left with no food. So technically they robbed me. DON’T COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.

On 01/02/2025 I went here, pulling in to this location it looked really dumpy, but took a chance anyway. It was a very bad decision. I ordered 6 double cheeseburger with no mustard, no pickles, I only received 5 with mustard and pickles. I also ordered 12 cheeseburgers with no mustard, I got 12 with mustard. We went through the drive thru and it took approximately 22 minutes to get all our food, with the gentlemen having to go back in 3 times. Never again.

Terrible service. The older black woman had an attitude with me tonight. I paid over $20.00 dollars of my own hard working money for my order and my golden rule treat people, the way you wanted to be treated and I deserve some respect. I already contacted the headquarters about this location

I just spoke to the manager and she was a very nice person. She will resolve the whole issue. Thank you Mrs. Dee!

The food is what you'd expect though the chicken sliders are way better than they have any right to be. The woman working was the most amazing individual I've had the pleasure of interacting with of late and made this a wonderful post-theme park stop.

We were in Tampa today and we were excited to eat here because it's been a while since we've had a Krystal burger. And they did not disappoint! The employees were so sweet and kind. Our food was hot and fresh and very good. We'll be back next time that we visit Tampa. The 2 ladies working this morning made all the difference. I hope they know how great they are!

There was a little mix up with my order as the place was extremely busy and the manager fixed it and yes she, Jennifer was wonderful! She is kind, caring, helpful and professional and Krystal is lucky to have here I’ll be back because of her and I’m sure others will agree. Good, kind service is hard to find and yet she did it with a smile!

I havent been to Krystals in years. So today I stopped by to get lunch on the go. I walked in and used thier restroom it was disgustingly dirty. Then I walked up to place my order. The lady was decent enough kind of rude some. Barely acknowledged me..but there were only about 3 people working so they were rushed. However I was super hungry so I ordered the #1 4 hamburger sliders fries and a drink. Cost me $12 & some change. Got out to my car to eat and when I pulled that slider out I was immediately disgusted. The bread was sopping wet & soggy. The meat looked funky. To me it doesn't look like real beef. It was just absolutely gross !! The meat stuff was Grey and it stained the bread Grey. I was so upset I threw the sliders away. So I basically paid $12 for some fries and a cold drink today. I didn't have time to go back in and get a refund but they never ever have to worry about me going there again. I'm 57 years old and in my entire life I have never been more disgusted with a fast food chains food. Do better. If it isn't real beef you need to make it known to your customer's. Hire more people to help. That stuff on them sliders looked boiled. Who wants boiled meat on a soggy bun🤮 Also Don't bother to tell me how sorry you guys are for my experience you won't change a thing about your stores situation that much is clear from some of the reviews that I've read.

I typically only get to a Krystal once a year, so I always look forward to it. Got there around 9ish this morning, but I wanted Krystal burgers. There were only 2 ladies running the whole place. I asked if I could order burgers and not breakfast, and she told me that she would have to make everything from scratch. Made my order, 2 Krystals, 2 Krystals with bacon, and 2 chixs. Took about 10-15mins, but it was well worth it. All nice hot and fresh. Super nice people and went beyond to get me what I've been looking for and not having an issue! That Manager needs a raise!
