I haven’t been to Krystal’s for years and now I know why. I would give Zero stars if I could. This was the worse food and customer service I have ever had. The burger was old and I would’ve posted the picture, but they threw them away as soon as I told them to look at it. I asked for my money back and they refused. Store manager told me that they don’t do refunds ever. So even though they serve you old food you can’t get your money back. I asked for her name and her higher ups contact information so that I can call and complain, but she told me that she couldn’t provide that. It’s Sunday and corporates close, but as soon as they open I will definitely give a major complain because they didn’t give me my money back and I left with no food. So technically they robbed me. DON’T COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.
