Madison Park Apartments

I deliver for Amazon and attempted to make a delivery here. The customers notes required I buzz the leasing office. A lady who clearly did not want to be at work then picks up, asks me what I want. I inform her who I am and my purpose. She sounds confused and asks how many packages. I let her know it is 18. She then requests I tell her each apartment and who it’s for, I declined. She asks again and I decline yet again. She then informs me the leasing office is closed. Based on business hours, it should have been open. This occurred a little after 1pm Thursday. She then tells me she can’t help me and I need to contact the 18 recipients. I query if all along she couldn’t help then… she then rudely responds that the leasing office is closed yet again and she can’t help me. Before I could utter another word she hangs up brazenly. I understand that she may look down on drivers but these packages belong to the tenants of this property. Why waste my time if you knew you couldn’t help me? Deliveries are timed and giving me false hope while unwilling to let me in is ridiculous. Delivering packages to this building is a privilege and not a right. I will be passing this info on to my company. You should not have rude people representing this premises, I’ve delivered to sub par apartments just like this and have received the utmost respect.

Ms Kim is rude and unprofessional. She talks to people like they're a child. I'm a mother, grandmother and great grandmother and I never had anyone talked to me in that harsh and hostile manner. They never answered your phone calls as a potential tenant so when I missed my tour date Ms Kim called me.and told me to never call again. I'm glad I find a new home whereas the employees are professional and know how to talk to potential tenant.

I was looking for a 3 bedroom for my family and this apartment was the only one that was available. Looks nice has a gym but no pool and Patrick was very professional with me and my wife's needs.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Tires stolen 2nd Time within 3 months. THIEVES LIVE HERE - people’s saying and now I believe that. I’m moving out.

The property manager, Patrick, is incredible. He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for the residents. The apartments are really nice, and the location is close to a metro. If there’s any maintenance issue, Patrick and his team take care of it literally within hours. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

This is an average apartment complex. The utilities and conveniences are average. However it is a fairly inexpensive apartment complex. One of the advantages of living here is that is it fairly close to two metro station: PG Plaza and West Hyattsville. I would only recommend it if one is fresh to the area and doesn't want to spend alot of money on rent.

I've been here about 6 months now and I truly enjoy it. Kim has been pleasant from the beginning. I am continuously impressed with her and her friendly demeanor. She's always responsive and has things taken care of in a timely manner. She's always willing to work with you if you need something. My apartment unit is nice and spacious. And I don't see roaches left and right like I did at my past complex. The basement has a small gym and laundry room. The laundry room is open 24 hours. Parking is assigned by number and you can pick your spot. You won't come home having to worry about finding a parking space. There is also secure entry. So far, so good!

Kim the lease consultant was such a rude and horrible person. She did not want to work with me and my family. As soon as she received a inaccurate tenant verification from my current apartment she exploded on the phone and said I wasn't Jesus and can't try to get apartment anymore. She also said I was approved and then said I got declined. I have a child myself and the experience I went through was so awful and sadden. Please look for companies/cooperates who really want to help you get an apartment. I was nice enough to also tell her I seen a roach when she gave me and my family a tour of the apartments.
