New modern dog park at Ager Rd, and Nicholson St. It is always kept well, and cleaned well. The dog park is conveniently located right next to a children's park, and a big lawn where locals used to play football, and soccer. It's a real family setting which is close to West Hyattsville Metro Station.

A beautiful area, and scenery as part of the Arboretum in DC. Spring time is the best time to visit as the area is blooming with flowers, trees, and color. It is a sight to behold, and it is a beautiful date spot. I recommend the sight to any visitors of the DC area, or any people to have a nice walking afternoon.

This is an average apartment complex. The utilities and conveniences are average. However it is a fairly inexpensive apartment complex. One of the advantages of living here is that is it fairly close to two metro station: PG Plaza and West Hyattsville. I would only recommend it if one is fresh to the area and doesn't want to spend alot of money on rent.

Includes a nice pathway, and bridge from Prince George's Plaza metro to the Mall at Prince George's. The highlights include a good LA Fitness, a decent stocked LA Fitness, and a Staples. The Metro Shops area is always clean, and the stores in the area are very convenient, because they are between the mall, and walking distance from the metro.
