We love this park! It is easy to push the stroller for our little one out to the beach for a nice evening in the summer. We often see deer and other little critters and my little one likes picking up "treasures" on the beach (rocks and sticks) while I collect sea glass. We visit here all year long if the weather permits it. If you choose to walk the path instead of go to the beach the majority of the path is paved and is a really pretty walk and we've spotted a fox on a few occasions. It's a beautiful walk.

Nice for a little scenic walk. Well maintained.

Beautiful, little quiet, clean park has a beach just on the other side of the bay bridge

Beautiful nature reserve! It's a short 0.5 mile walk on paved/hard gravel paths to the beach. The beach was pretty but the highlight was the reserve itself!

Pleasant park with a very nice beach but beware of jellyfish! We were there in August and my friend was stung twice being in the water about 20 minutes. In the rather murky water, they are difficult to spot.

Went on a weekday afternoon so I didn’t have to worry about the parking lot being full or anything like that.

Finding the beach from the parking lot was simple and easy. Beach was decently clean and the water was nice.

Note, no coolers allowed.

I mean , wow! Stunning trail!! I drive an hour to check out this bad boy and it was oh so worth it! The views on the way to the beachy part are so dreamy. dog friendly

We had such a great time visiting today! Our dog had a BLAST. It's a very short, yet pretty, walk to the beach area. You get to see different environments depending on which path you take. There were a few other dogs there with us but there was plenty of room to keep some distance. There are also several great views of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The restrooms in the parking lot were very clean. I highly recommend coming early since parking is limited and fills up fast!
