2023 edition of the Around the World Embassy Tour, brought out large crowds to visit during the embassy open house.
Beautiful embassy building to visit during the yearly open house – full of architectural & interior design beauty alongside Uzbek cultural items.
Very kind and understanding staff. Renewed my granddaughter’s visa due to a family emergency. Mr. Muminov Faxriddin Tijievich was very quick in his response at anytime even during the weekend! We had a very special case, he cooperated and found solution. All the staff we interacted with were very professional and personable. Mr. Faxriddin Tijievich officer who held us was fantastic despite having a challenging non-stop job!
Incredibly professional and helpful staff. Special thanks to Iskandar who helped me with my application in a very short time with profound customer service. Both outdoor and indoor was very clean and beautiful.
I went to Uzberkistan from Almaty. They found i came with drone they asked me to give my drone to them. I rejected and decided to return to Almaty but they worked hard on persuading me to give drone. and asked bus driver to scare me that i had to walk 3 or more days to return to Almaty. I still rejected. I knew they tried to make money from drones. I will not visit Uzberkistan anymore.

The service here has improved significantly. I have received an excellent service today. I had to call consular section several times to ask questions and a polite personnel was patient every time answering my questions. I emailed my inquiry and received their response in 2 hours on Friday, on the day when they are closed. Great job. If you are on hold, for some reason, then they are helping someone, be patient and polite.
