The service here has improved significantly. I have received an excellent service today. I had to call consular section several times to ask questions and a polite personnel was patient every time answering my questions. I emailed my inquiry and received their response in 2 hours on Friday, on the day when they are closed. Great job. If you are on hold, for some reason, then they are helping someone, be patient and polite.
