I’m really happy the city did lots of clean up and make this place a pleasant place to stop while you in this area. Because there really no other park around and so many tourist here. There are performance, vendors and lots of seatings. Be right next to Macy’s so whenever there is event from Macys, this place is pack. Christmas windows, thanksgiving parade. City needs this place.

Closed off from traffice, the plaza hosts lots of activities year round from dancing lessons to pop ups and promotions. Also is the main stand for Macy's annual parade.

Piazza che si trova all’incontro di 6th Avenue, Broadway, tra la W 34th Street e la W 35th Street.
Piacevole perchè interrompe la sequenza di isolati con alti palazzi, dando un poco di spazio in più allo sguardo, che a New York ha sempre tanto da vedere.
Ci sono vari punti per bere qualcosa, e - tra le tante vetrine - spicca uno degli ingressi di Macy’s, il più grande Grande Magazzino al mondo (dicono).

Relaxing plaza with thousands of tourists there are many outdoor seating for eating or drinking

Nice plaza with a washroom (4 stalls and two sinks) which has an attendant to keep it reasonably safe! Plenty of crusty urban wildlife in this plaza, beware. Also a whole bunch of temporary looking food carts, as of october 2022 anyway. Pink painted plywood one had excellent food!
