KFC

The kfc chicken nuggets aren’t worth the price . The nuggets are so tiny . The sauce that comes with it doesn’t taste right with it . The nuggets should be bigger .

Worst service , worst chicken.I got very bad service at this kfc store. Kfc is my all time favourite. But today i went to scarborough centre KFC. I did online when i reach at kfc to get my order, there was a employee name Yashir- told me we didn’t receive any order. Then the other employee told him to check. After that i told him very politely that can you please make the pieces will be fresh and crispy. Then he was very rude. No one from other stores gave the answer aggresively ever. He didn’t forward that message behind. Yashir don’t know how to speak to the customers. Worst service . Chicken was also too salty . This chicken not at all look fresh and crispy… i always order online but this was my worst service i have ever received from KFC. I also work in a restaurant i know how to speak to the customer.

Worst KFC I ever ate. The fried chicken had no taste whatsoever. Second time buying as I forgot how horrible it was the 1st time. Definitely lacking in taste.
Customer service is also horrible.

This location is always super slow. It doesn’t matter if it is busy or not, they are just slow. The $2.99 box of chicken was a good idea but the chicken is basically equivalent to 3 Mcdonald’s nuggets and it doesn’t even cone with fries. They don’t seem to drain the chicken because there is always a so much grease at the bottom.

It's misery. The food looks pretty bad, it takes a long time till you get it, I didn't get half of my order and had to go back because I was always missing something. But it tasted good, instead of coke in a bottle I got a paper cup.

Worse KFC I have ever had. It don’t look and taste like kfc. Had to throw it away . Food a little better now but when you order it’s on white meat not even 1 dark

I have tried KFC in different places and this does not come close to the average ones.
We ordered fries and chicken,2 drinks and sides of Mac and Cheese and Coleslaw. The drinks were the only thing that tasted as expected, the fries were soggy, the chicken was bland and tasteless. I would avoid the KFC in STC if possible. The sides (Mac and Cheese and Coleslaw) were not great (the same as other KFCs and hence were to be expected to be mediocre).
The good thing is there are plenty of seating places around and that the staff did not take too long to prepare the meal, merely 10 minutes.

Ordered a $5 double down jr combo. It is really junior (small) compares with the original double down. It consists of two small chicken strips with a piece of beacon inside. It tastes pretty good. However, it probably cannot fill you up if you are quite hungry. The $5.99 two pieces combo is much better.
