Really nice place and decent climbing. Go for a run, walk, climb, or bike ride, it will be great. Only issue is the bathrooms. Pretty gross and worn down, plus no trash cans. You can park there overnight, you just need to contact the park via the website phone number and talk to them about it. Hop on the C&O and ride!
I couldn't get here because the only road here had "one way" signs in the direction out of the parking lot
Beautiful walk along the water, multiple trails, we took the easy one, 20 minutes one way to the view seen in the photos.
Great park to go to and take walks or ride your bicycle on the canal trail.

The Maryland side is not as scenic as the Virginia side but it’s still a gem. Great place to walk on a leveled pathway and kayak.
This has one of the calmest walks and great for furry friends. I try to make it 2x a week at sunrise, no one there , peaceful, and definitely serene!
Best views of Potomac with peace and pure nature
The place is an easy to access location. Exploring trails could get you to places with lese crowd
