Really nice place and decent climbing. Go for a run, walk, climb, or bike ride, it will be great. Only issue is the bathrooms. Pretty gross and worn down, plus no trash cans. You can park there overnight, you just need to contact the park via the website phone number and talk to them about it. Hop on the C&O and ride!

There is a fairly nasty bathroom and a water fountain. Has what you need, just don't expect more. The trail itself is 5 stars, less some bumpiness from roots. Little annoying for a high performance road bike, plus it can get a bit crowded.
