I have been working with Ashley C at the leasing office who has been exceptional. She is so responsive, kind, and patient. She spends time answering all my questions and is very knowledgeable on the building, amenities, and apartment layouts. Finding an apartment in NYC is stressful and overwhelming, but working with Ashley has made the process seamless, easy, and enjoyable. I highly recommend contacting her when looking in this building. We are lucky to have worked with her and appreciate all her help!

Ashley makes you feel at home with her knowledge and kind nature. This building is fortunate to have such a compassionate manager keeping their tenants happy.

We had to move out due to the pandemic but the location, amenities, and staff were absolutely top notch. Beautiful roof top views of the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building and Freedom Tower. A short walk to anything and across the street from both the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park. Benoit and the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone who worked there truly cared about the people who lived there and called 7W21 home. Having experienced another property since then, I really miss living at 7W21.
The building is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and has a very nice open feel with a lot of lighting and the Staff is AMAZING. Lauren in the leasing office is super professional and friendly and Benoit in the leasing office took the time to show me every single apartment that was in my price range along with showing me all of the gorgeous amenities. The staff is friendly, the building is beautiful and the apartments are well constructed. I looked at 3 different buildings and this one sold me! Thanks so much to Lauren and Benoit in the leasing office who made this an easy decision to move here. Greatly appreciate all of your hard work. Love the building!
