We had to move out due to the pandemic but the location, amenities, and staff were absolutely top notch. Beautiful roof top views of the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building and Freedom Tower. A short walk to anything and across the street from both the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park. Benoit and the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone who worked there truly cared about the people who lived there and called 7W21 home. Having experienced another property since then, I really miss living at 7W21.
