Terrible service here. I ordered online and came to pick up my order at pick up time. They didn’t have the food available and said it would take another hour. I asked to cancel my order because I didn’t have the time to wait and they refused. I’m not sure why they would take orders when they are out of rice and other food and the customer service is awful. Never returning here

I think it was an absolutely horrible experience - food is perhaps the crappiest cheapest you ever consume ... never spending my hard earned money here anymore - strongly not recommended!

Be advised that rice is hard and not cooked well probably left over from night before ... kubideh kabob and chicken very bad quality dry and flavour less for expensive price ...

I am so angry about it such a big waste of money next time I go somewhere else for sure ...

High quality tasty Persian Cuisine. Highly recommended. Was also great to see Shahriar after a while and know that he is the manager at this branch! With him managing the grill, quality is guaranteed!

The food at Cazba is absolutely delicious,. The flavors are rich and authentic, and the dishes are always cooked to perfection. The cashiers are also amazing, providing friendly and efficient service especially on Fridays and Saturdays as I tried other days as well. Overall, Cazba is a must-visit for anyone craving fantastic Persian food and exceptional customer service. I recommend kebabs and Persian soups.

My experience with Persian cuisine was nothing short of exceptional. I really recommend Kubideh, Baghali polo ba gusht, and Chenje, that I tried recently. If you like yogurt, I recommend ordering Mast mousir. The combination of generous portions, impeccable taste, and affordable prices made this dining experience truly remarkable. The food was as amazing as it was nutritious. I ordered the Barley Soup, and Eggplant dip. The Eggplant dip is traditionally oily, but it's nutritional values including olive oils and other oils and it is served here in it's finest form, the quality and taste is as authentic as they come a very special flavor. The mall was crowded being a Saturday, but there is a lot of places to sit down and have a moment to yourself.. The food servers took extra care to package everything nicely and quickly. 5* for adding that smile!
I took home with me the Baghalo Pulao (Lambshank with Dill rice) my wife and I had it for lunch the next day, it was delicious and the quantity surprised us! I'll be back at some point and try other dishes. The service took all of under 5 minutes, and being a Saturday afternoon at 1.45 pm that's asking for the Moon, I would've waited 10 minutes for this exceptional quality of ingredients and food 👌

I give 5 stars mainly due to the owner/manager outstanding costumer service. I ordered beef kabab, chicken kabab, and a bowl soup. Everything was great except the chicken wasn’t cooked throughly! I reached out to the management and they apologized and thanked me for letting them know! Wonderful costumer obsession! I will try their food again for sure!
