Boston Hotel Hamburg

My wife lodged into this hotel from Friday 24th February to the 26th February 2023. She went out with her friends to get breakfast got back and all my wife Gold Jewellery are gone. We tried all we could to know what happened to the Jewellery but all our effort proved abortive. The staffs were not friendly. They left without the Jewellery. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone…

One of the worst hotels for customer service lodged in on Friday went out on Saturday for lunch for about 2hrs before I got back with my friends they said the room was cleaned up and one of my friend's opened her bag and boom all her gold jewelry was gone someone had stolen them we went down to complain but the response and customer service relation we got from them was very poor we left the hotel without the gold we never recovered them I would not recommend the hotel they are all rouges.

Great hotel at a stone's throw from Hamburg Altona. Stayed here for a night for a business trip to Hamburg. Rooms were very spacious and well maintained. The check in and check out was also smooth and the staff were efficient. The buffet breakfast was also quite good and sumptuous. Would definitely recommend the hotel for a business visit to Hamburg.

This is honestly a decrepit place masquerading as a 4 star hotel. I knew as soon as I saw the outside of the building that the photos on Booking.com were edited by someone skilled and touched up in a way that is misleading. The insides of the rooms themselves are drab, depressing, and isolating. The staff are incompetent, aloof, and confused. The double beds do not come with full sized blankets, rather two tiny ones - and when I requested a full size blanket - they said they didn’t have any and merely shrugged their shoulders. The reception staff not once picked up the phone, even though they claim to have 24 hour reception. The atmosphere of the entire hotel is eerie, cold and worse than clinical. As a solo traveller I felt creeped out. Furthermore, the hotel manager will scoff at your requests if you make them. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere, even if you need to stay in this location.

Staff is super friendly here. Very spacious rooms and the design rooms look great. Can only recommend this hotel!

Not really sure how this is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are extremely noisy - you can hear people walking around upstairs, talking in the corridors, brushing their teeth and goodness knows what else. For a place whose primary function is to ensure a good nights sleep
I would say this is a pretty big failing. Personally I won’t stay again.

The "Large" room is very spacious and comfortable, the mattress was no longer that firm, but we still slept very well!
Breakfast was not served as buffet (for legal covid-related reasons) but the staff made their best to transform the experience in a pleasant moment.
Location very good, with very regular bus to the heart of city centre.
Staff very friendly and helpful all around the clock

Breakfast and Dinner was Amazing!! My party had 2 rooms and they were very nice. Big rooms. Lots of closet space. Very big bathrooms, with a separate shower and large bath tub. Beds were very comfortable. The restaurant is great and is worth going even if you're not staying at the hotel. WiFi was fast and free. Also, they had 6 electrical outlets next to the bed and 3 in the bathroom and many others in the room. Something I really liked. So convenient.
The hotel was a 4 minute walk to the tram. And there's a grocery market less than a block away. Definitely recommend staying here if you can get a room, they only have 46. Underground parking was nice also.
