Opens early. Sometimes perfect for a light beer since everyone else is still closed
This is a great place to hang out with friends - or meet new friends - in the heart of Park Slope! They have an excellent selection of beer on tap, bottles, wine, and cocktails! Would highly recommend making this your destination on Friday or Saturday Night to unwind with friends. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional.

We reached quite late and met the owner who was very friendly, we sat outside and had great conversations and a regular customer explained why it’s called commonwealth. A great place for an easy evening.
Vibe is super chill with a great selection of drinks. They have actual pinball machines too!
Free popcorn, ok pinball tables, a backyard, and a bit of weirdness. Drink prices are decent And the tables are very good for groups.

Used to live across the street from this great little classy dive. We used to order Coffee Boy shots... not sure if that's still a thing. As a woman, it's a bar that I can go to alone and feel totally comfortable.
Drinks a great. Beer and wine selection is also great. There's a juke with so much to choose from for a great soundtrack to your time spent there. Also, popcorn.
Bartenders are very nice and attentive. I moved away, but visit any chance I can.
