I went to the public library on Lefferts Blvd, the front desk woman was rude and nasty, very unprofessional, l definitely don't plan on returning as a patron, infact l plan on telling the head of Queens public library about her rude behavior.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond to assist you
Process was quick, staff is friendly, they answer your questions promptly, I would recommend to stop by.
The staff is highly motivated, patient and empathetic. My boys first visit was amazing. I hate to say this but "back in my day". Libraries where completely different. We have added Libraries to our, beaches, parks and museums routine. There is no number on how much this will impact the boys intellectual prowess.
Does not have parking the lot attached to it belongs to another building and was told my car will be towed or locked in the gate. Too much work to go to library to print something when I looked it up and seen a parked lot attached and checks parking available on google they need to update that lie would have saved me 30 minutes of my day today.
Nice and clean location quiet great to get some work done and read a book.. Print out forms Check out a book..
This location is slow and the you have to repeat yourself a lot (BHH), but it’s still one of the nicer libraries in South Queens.
It’s really bad that I have to write this review about this but it seems to me that the staff there is rude and racist you approach these people and it’s their job to assist you and they are rude to the people it’s unbelievable front desk about two of them are rude and maybe racist and the one by the back section is the worst he is the worst there very disgraceful I don’t like writing these types of reviews but it’s what’s going on there with these people as staff this library is horrible it used to be better few years ago now it’s a joke
