Good place for younger kids….not as big as it is in other location but still okay..

The birthday deals make absolutely no sense, but the place is super clean, staff are very friendly and my kids had a BLAST. Ran out of energy as soon as we got home

Parents treat this place like a babysitting place. They let their LITTLE kids as young as 18 Months to maybe 3 go on the big kids equipment without watching them. There is a set aside area for toddlers, and yet I have seen grown kids like teens in that area. The parents wear shoes when they shouldn't. They bring mac donalds, popeyes, pizza, sandwiches drinks and chips in a back pack. It CLEARLY STATES-NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS. I have seen adults and kids going into areas that have signs saying DO NOT enter. I am quiye sure some adults just drop kids off and leave. I am seeing at least 30 kids and only 4 adults right now. There are a group of noys overtaking the maze tower and not letting anyone else on. Most parents do not even watch their kids. My granddaughter likes it here, but I am glad school starts. Three times here is more than I liked. The STAFF pay NO attention to what is going in. Sorry if I sound like a complaining idiot but this place is an accident waiting to happen.

We come weekdays and it’s great. Bought a 10
Pass and it works out well. You can come and go as you please. We have 4 kids all different ages. Great way to get the energy out. Lot of people do work from home laptop work here while their kids play. Pretty cool

Great place! Wish we lived closer. Lots of space and never felt crowded. The cars weren’t working correctly which stunk, but the rest of the play areas, including the toddler area were tons of fun. Pay once and play all day.

It's a great place for kids to have hours of fun. Clean and staff is friendly. However they need to offer food not just snacks. And the snack prices are too high. Almost 6 bucks for an icetea and a candy bar. If you offered maybe like popcorn and pretzels stuff like that it would be alot better. My son had a blast. He didn't want to leave

Jackie is literally the best! Extremely helpful with setting up our account and explaining how the punch card works. My son didn’t want to leave one day and she gave him lollipop to help calm him down. The place is always clean and the other staff are always friendly. This is a well run establishment and a great addition to our community!

Great concept but has some huge safety issues. Exposed bolts that were once capped, everything poorly cushioned(especially edges and corners), ripped safety netting... the list could go on forever. I watched a grandmother hit her head on a poorly cushioned metal bar and fall backwards down a whole story of play equipment. Staffed could care less and should have called her an ambulance but didn't. She lost feeling on one side of her body. Customers tended to her while she waited for family to arrive. The pink slide has no age suggestion but was clearly unsafe for little kids as I watched a child tumble down it, hitting his head multiple times. I wish I was exaggerating. You'll sign a waived upon arrival that injuries are not their responsibility...but I'm sure even that won't prevent this place from inevitably being shut down.
