Amazing!!! My only complaint, is you MUST arrive more than 2 hours before close. You cannot just buy a ticket and ride for the final hour and a half before close. If it closes at 8, they will not let you in after 6

Great customer service, very helpful, had a great deal on Groupon for $30 off. Regular $99.99 for two hours including rented gear and no gloves. Gear can also be bought in their store. Spectator pass is $30 but there is a window if you don't want to pay the fee to watch your loved ones. Most of all my kiddos had a great time. Will visit the other location at the mall of America.

Enjoyable spot. It’s small but certainly can be a good time. Good spot to learn how to ski or snowboard and loved how they rent everything you need there.

It's clear Snow Partners doesn't care about pass holders.

How is 3 days of 50% off a benefit or a reward to the pass holders? 50% of = 30 dollars.

A complete stranger can come and buy a 6 pack for 99 = 16 per pass...

So you actually are charging the pass holders friend double. Why should pass holders promote your business???

I have had MC pass since last November. 700 and renew this year 500 = 1200 and a Big Snow for 99 * 9 months = 2100 by year end I will have spent 2400.

2400 is more than both a Epic and Ikon combined, and enough left over for airfare to Colorado or Japan.

If you are lucky non-pass holders might by four packs of six netting you 400 yet you cater to them over people who spend 2400 with you.

On top of that you knowing that you had this dirty snow for a year since the fire ruining people's equipment and gear.

If it is about money allow us an hour early access like every other mountain, free tune ups to combat the effects of the chemicals in the snow stripping wax, drying out bases, and slowing up the boards.

I would give 0 stars but your staff is 100% amazing. Staff is the only thing that makes this place good. The staff at Big Snow is second to none. Truly a great group. Pay them more and take care of your pass holders.

Response Edit... I spoke with a manager via website and was told to buy the 6 pack like non-pass holders.

Post a conversation with trusted employee... I raised the review two more stars as I was told leadership addressed this in meeting. Out of respect to this outstanding staff who again truly make Big Snow. I would love to see real action and change it to a 5 star review showing a growth mindset approach by Snow Partners.

I really enjoyed it. It's small, so two hours of a little long.

The snow itself is fantastic.

I also think they could police some of the guests more. Lots of line cutting!

Great indoor skiing. You get two hours for 60 bucks. The non terrain park hill gets boring fairly quickly but the terrain park has more than enough jumps and rails to keep you entertained. It’s also a great place to learn, it’s not crowded, they have instructors and it’s flat.

Note: To have closer access to the entrance of Big Snow, it’s easiest if you already park on the 2nd Floor of Garage A.

Plus⭐️: The facilities are clean with free lockers (un/lock with your wrist pass issued upon entrance). The air is very dry and mildly cold (make sure to bring a chapstick!) which is quite optimal to keep the man-made snow in powder condition. The park area has enough features to keep trying different tricks. The mogul setup on the other side was a plus. The track width is plenty enough for both beginners and intermediate to share.

Minus⭐️: The lift line is not well-policed, so there could be a bit of a slow down trying to get on; i.e. only one person gets on the quad when 4 people could get on.

The kids had a blast as always until they got cold and hungry. The snack window was closed way before 7pm. The door was also closed off for the cafe. The attendant said they should be open until 8pm when BIG SNOW closed. It's 28-29 degrees playing in the snow and definitely calls for something warm to drink. We left and didn't even use our full time slot. I paid for a multi pack for myself and my oldest, and bought a snow play day pass for my youngest. My kids at that point just wanted to get something to eat and warm to drink. I doubt we even used the full 90 minutes on the day pass; let alone the 2 hours. I can see 20-30 mins before closing but an hour plus was a little much. Its not like we live around the corner we drove and hour from NY. And what surprised me was that we have come on a weekday during the school year everything was open. Father's day and nothing...
