Fairly authentic, above average considering its Jersey but barely average following the standard in city. The amount of food is not generous (big plate but filled up by the side ‘vegetable’ like long horn pepper or onion. The pecking duck is my favorite dish beside the freebie Si Chuan pickles. Okra in garlic sauce is a highlight among the spicy dishes. The mega lamb skewer doesn’t worthy it at all. Go to Efes if you are in mood for lamb kebab, they know the right way for charcoal grill.

Did not go super Authentic with the choice of dishes, but the food was really good! Also saw many great options that I want to try when I go back! Flavors were great!

I visited this restaurant a few years ago and gave it a 0/5 rating because the food was not delicious and the service was poor. However, I recently visited again and was very impressed. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was inviting. It is a bit pricey, but the food is worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Every single dish we tasted was bursting with flavor that makes you want to go back for more. This restaurant offers dishes from different Chinese regions and serves dishes in family style so it is a great place for groups. There are many things on the menu that are on the spicier side, so if you are sensitive to spice I would makes sure you ask for help when choosing dishes. The menu is extensive and has a little bit of everything. We tried a fish stew, pork belly, soup dumplings, green beans, and the pekin duck. Everything was delicious, but I was particularly impressed by how the green beans, something that is simple and not usually too flavorful, were cooked to perfection and were very flavorful. I would 200% recommend this restaurant.

Came here for my moms birthday and it was great. Definitely make sure you get a reservation. We came on a Monday and it was still a little busy. Food was good and service was good. The bamboo was still crunchy. The mapo tofu was great. Still had that ma la spice. Green beans were
Awesome. Peking duck was nice. The crepes were Super thin. Latte chicken was different. Cumin lamb is a must. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Great Experience! I must say that this restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The menu offered an impressive selection of dishes, and I tried several of them. The Kung Pao Chicken had the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors, making each bite a delightful adventure. The Cumin Lamb on a sizzling plate was a standout, cooked to perfection . And the Grilled Fish ( Bass) was an absolute showstopper, offering authentic schezan flavors and an unforgettable aromatic experience. To complement my meal, I also tried the refreshing Pineapple Beer, which added a delightful twist to my dining experience.

In addition to the exceptional flavors, the prices were reasonable for the quality and experience provided ($180 for 5 people). I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable experience.

Came here on a Saturday night. Wait time was one hour. Make sure to go inside and get on the wait list. The food was well worth the wait. The Peking duck was excellent as was the grilled fish. The salt and pepper shrimp was also delicious. Jelly fish appetizer was alright. It was prepared in a different style (not Cantonese).

Service was great. Food came fast and wait staff was attentive. Prices can be expensive but you get what you pay for. Overall I highly recommend this place especially if there is no wait.

We had been to this restaurant a few times on Fridays for lunch. It was usually busy but still had a couple of tables available, so no wait. Wait staff was helpful and friendly.

We loved their signature grilled fish with Sichuan traditional flavor and striped bass. The Sauteed pea sprouts were perfectly cooked and very tender. Steamed Pork Soup Dumplings were also good but a bit pricey. The only miss was the Deep fried jumbo prawn with salty egg yolk. Something about the taste didn't work for me.

I think the organization of their menu was a bit confusing. When I tried to order, say a shrimp dish, I had to search through all the pages as shrimp dishes were listed under different categories. Also the place could get very loud making it difficult to carry a conversation. Some sound-dampening wall panels should help.

But it was totally worth the visits just for the grilled fish alone. Also loved that it was BYOB.
