American Airlines

Staffing was great/ awesome.
The seating space keeps shrinking. Shoulder and leg space isn't what it used to be.
The bathrooms were horrible/dirty/urine covered messes.

Flight there was great, except AC was like a walk in freezer. Even the connection wasn't bad. Coming back it was a Nightmare on Elm Street or the Shinning! Had to be put on a United Airline overcrowded flight with no leg room suffering with a bad right leg and lowerback pain. Or stay in DFW Airport overnight for a flight the next day. Found all this out when I arrived at SJD. They sent flight changes every eight minutes for 45 minutes until I was sitting at the boarding desk. Then given the real 411. The people at SJD were great helping me! American Airlines you suck with a great BIG straw! Flying with you again or United gives me second and third thoughts!!!

I couldn't find my fight on the board, not sure what his job was but he saw my confusion, looked at my ticket and told me I was in the wrong place. I got to the right terminal still couldn't find my flight. The woman at the counter told me I was at the wrong air port. Then directed my to another. This employee set me up on standby for two flights 5am and 6am. I made the 5am flight. The staff was amazing fixing MY mistake. Thank you.

My opinion in this regard is that the time I had to travel was at night, so for the snack you receive a bar that is too small and if I admit I was surprised by the drink, I did not complain, it is fine and the temperature as you want I liked the selection of movies that there was that day

They are really a good airline overall, but on this trip, from Puerta Vallarta to Houston to Columbus, we didn't have any power ports for our phones!

Worst experience ever. I was treated poorly by staff. They changed my midnight red eye flight from Vegas and didnt offer any compensation so I was lwft homeless amd stranded with 3kids. After spending hours on the phone talking to Gen, Tolitha, Kim (a so called supervisor), and Shakira, shakira was rhe most helpful but iffered no sercide recovery for my having 2get another room, pay an extra day on my car rental, etc. They simply cld care less. I emailed customer relations. They responded in less than 24 hours saying thanks for sharing sorry for your experience. They dont care and a sorey cant cover my loss, mental anguish, wprk inconvenience and the stress that was places on my kids. NEVER again. Please dont use American Airlines. They dirty
****SHAME ON YOU AMERICAN AIRLINES! YOUR incompetent, y ethical, lack of compassion having stagg members inconvenienced my family on a flight and has done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Ive lost money, pewce of mind and trust in American airlines to say the least. I will NEVER book with you again and I wull make sure I let my loved ones know how dirty you are. This will not be the last time you hear from me.

I hadn't flown on American in many years, but I flew from Houston to Atlanta recently (after ANA legs from Bangkok through Tokyo). I was pleasantly surprised by the American Airlines flight. Don't get me wrong, they're not ANA, but it was very good.

I have mixed feelings about this Airline. Was flying from Houston to DC. The check-in counter was a complete disaster with the workers having an attitude and not wanting to help. I must say that on my trip up to DC and back to Houston the airline got us to both destinations earlier then anticipated so that was good. This was in the middle of the covid-19 and The Airliner was jam-packed full not one empty seat. I think next time I'll try United
