Lots for kids to do, good surface, wish it was a little better maintained.

Enjoyed my day at the Park Monroe in a nice Saturday with the kids. Only negative no where to eat for kids that in the budget. Restaurants are available with outside seating but for my family a high on prices.
Cess F
Excellent playground for children from 3 to 7 years old, it is safe and clean. It is advisable to go during the week or in the morning and always be aware of the children.
Dave Miller
Compact neighborhood park for small children, quite conveniently near the 11th street restaurants. Not the most maintained park in DC, but still lots of fun. Lots of shade in the afternoon.
L. Carr
Great fully contained playground. See-saw, play structure with slide, 4 seat spinner, 2 small spinners and train play area. Shady and with benches for parents.
