The service provided at this 770 Lexington Ave did not even deserve a single star. The customer service rep was rude, short and had zero interest in providing any information on possible upgrades, costs. As well he handed me the phone and told me to call Verizon for any support I may need, he would not do any support with getting phone to sync. Horrible service. If I didn’t ask he would offer any alternatives or explore differences in devices. The manager was right close by and I don’t want to see any apologetic response as this behavior was witnessed and tolerated. Awful staff, awful Verizon experience.
Better off calling the 1800 number for Verizon representative. Person sitting at the right counter didn’t know how to help me in anyway. I went in around 10:30 am 11/5. Worst customer service and competency in problem solving skills whatsoever. Sends me to another Verizon store and they send me to another Verizon store. I just called *611 and my problem was resolved within 15 minutes.
I'm sorry but the representative needed more training to deal with customers. Went there to setup my line, he wasn't too friendly and he messed up and got the other member on the plan deactivated. When we finished setting up my line, he didn't even try to help reactivating the line that he got messed up with. This causing us to have to chat with the online representatives and things got messier from there. Hope the reps get more trainings and care more about the customers!
Walked in back in early July to ask for details on different plans for myself and my family. Courtney the salesperson was very patient and professional and accommodating. Good quick service.
UPDATED: please contact me regarding the incorrect/duplicate charges on my account. I am hoping that customer service regarding this error is handled fully and quickly.

Staff named Prince has a pleasing personality. The moment I entered the store he asked me if I need assistance. Getting the tablet was a breeze, it took me less than 15 minutes to get everything I need. He is also concerned about my safety. He said "Don't use the paper bag of Verizon because people outside will think you bought something expensive and that will be dangerous for you." It is nice to encounter people like him who really value you as a customer.
Amazing and clean store. There store limits the amount of customers inside due to COVID, which I appreciate, this made me feel safe. I placed an order for in store pick up and the transaction was seamless. The rep was friendly and handed me a sheet with clear instructions on how to restore my information.
