I made the right decision by stopping at the almost always reliable Starbucks. My wife wanted to be fancy because we were in New Orleans, so she stopped here.
She ordered the pumpkin praline iced coffee, and absolutely hated it. It was like a cup of milk. She said, she couldn’t even taste the espresso. It didn’t have much flavor at all, there just wasn’t an underlying espresso taste to it.
The service was good, you just walk up and order and they call your name out. The atmosphere was nice, lots of sun light in the middle of muggy down town New Orleans. I wouldn’t come back here.

Came by French Truck while waiting for brunch reservations down the street. Really chill and relaxed coffee shop that met our needs. Here some thoughts
Environment
Really nice bright place in the french quarters Plenty of seating for catching up with friends or reading a good book or people watching in the wuarters.
Service
The service was good - nothing out of the ordinary. Operates like your normal coffee shop. You order at the counter, they make your order and call your name when it's ready. The baristas were friendly and accomodating.
Food and Drinks
I ordered a mocha that got the job done. It was made pretty well.
Overall
This was a great place to stop by while we were waiting to go to brunch. Great space to catch up with a friend and enjoy a good coffee. Plenty of space and was an pleasant calm to what can be a busy french quarter. Will have no problem stopping by this place again.

Wayyyyy too much ice in the coffee. While the New Orleans Iced Coffee taste is decent, you don't get very much when ordering. Over half my cup was crushed ice. Absolutely absurd amount of ice.
Just about the right blend of popular and quiet, this discreet coffee house makes a very good latte. Grab the glazed pistachio mix to replenish the salts you’ll lose to the ambient temperatures outside, take a seat in the air conditioned interior and sup on a smooth crema.
Great coffee, lovely decor .. but the almond croissant wasn’t as crisp as it should be even though it’s been warmed up ..
The coffee here was amazing. We got a regular coffee, an iced mocha and a cappuccino. All were very good. Great service. Friendly batista. Cute coffee shop. Located in the heart of the french quarter. It was right around the corner from our hotel (Monteleone) which is even better. Highly recommend.
We recently had the pleasure of visiting French Truck Coffee in New Orleans and were extremely impressed. The coffee was amazing, with a great variety of flavors to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was laid-back and relaxing, and the products offered were of excellent quality.
Was looking for coffee close by when visiting NOLA and luckily ended up at this gem. The latte was made to perfection, friendly staff and prompt service. The croissant was just yummm and the ambiance is on whole different level. Highly recommend this cute place for such a cool experience.
