DC HEALTH INSURANCE

Wow. How to even begin. This website is disorganized, completely impossible to navigate, multiple errors in system which require endless phone calls to the incredibly confusing call center. I pity anyone who has to attempt to use this broken service.

Disorganized, system errors, does not communicate with providers in a timely manner. Would not recommend.

Surprisingly, service was excellent! Security was very cordial, the service desk was prompt, effective, and professional. Yes, the walls need repainted and there are 3 holes that need patched, but you’re here for service - and you get it.

Horrible computer system..had to have emergency surgery.. thought I had Medicaid insurance but I didn't supposedly had to renew, which I never got anything in the mail or email saying that I need to renew. So reapplied over the phone and still had problems due to some technical error in the computer..so then a rep tells me I have to reapply or renew there not really sure..so I be have to wait for a call.. still waiting

Horrible service. It took them almost six months to contact me about a tax credit I applied for and that's after they asked for all my paperwork... And now, they are asking for more paperwork because they screwed up.

Pathetic service for small business. Disgraceful actually. Not sure if other options exist but a clear reminder why competition is imperative for health services, including the insurance exchange for small business owners.

absolutely terrible service, I would advice everyone to avoid these people. They're one job is to help people and make picking insurance easier. As someone who recently turned 26 and lost health insurance after coming off my parent's plan, reps at DC Health Link made this already stressful situation an even messier nightmare. I signed up for a Kaiser Plan and then wanted to change to CareFirst within the same day. A rep on the phone told me this was a really simple change, no problem. One month of zero coverage, paying for my prescriptions and doctors appointments out of my own pocket later, my case was never solved and I told them to forget about it. Every single time I called to get an update on my situation within the month of November, each rep gave me different, incorrect information. No one here knows what they're doing at all--avoid at all costs. Total idiots and criminals as the other reviews state.

scam, scamming services play's behind scene here. be advised. Not be able to delete my information on their system, not be able to withdraw application I made by mistake. their website has no any option to change, delete, or withdraw. be aware this people are full criminals and they serve as criminals. I will report. the better give people option to withdraw and deleting information on their system. the must pay price for it.
