Been on hold for 45 minutes (and till waiting). As a crisis center dedicated to addressing mental health crisis, it doesnt seem like they are adequately staffed nor have the ability to do what they offer. Waiting this long to speak with a clinician, while you or a loved one is experincing a mental health crisis, is very concerning and only escalates the matter. Youre better off calling 911.

Disorganized, system errors, does not communicate with providers in a timely manner. Would not recommend.
