Not safe, it's a shame for a new park. Several RVs/vans/SUVs with homeless living in the parking lot. They even have large rocks under the tires, so they've been there a while. The bathrooms have signs that say "alarm will sound if occupied for more than 30 minutes". The alarms have gone off the three nights in a row I was trying out the area walking my dog. I would not feel safe sending my kid to the bathroom. Shame on the City of Tustin for allowing it, because it was nice to have a park with native plantings and "wilder" natural areas and not just all grass.

We love getting out and about with our beagles. I love living in a city that has great outdoor green space! I have waited for the foliage to grow in this space, and it's getting there! Lots of walking paths, some concrete, some gravel. It's in a great location and close to everything. I especially liked that it was quiet and not crowded.

It’s a relatively new park so a lot of the horticulture hasn’t really grown in yet and towards the end they’re doing construction to expand the park for official dog parks and other activities later down the line, but it is a very easy to walk path near a very delicious food hall and it does have a small one area dog park. This dog park is most definitely a placeholder until the larger one comes in. This may even be the small dog side once they build the larger one, but it works for locals who need an area off leash.

It’s an amazing park , I go there every Thursday with my dad and brothers to roller blade , but don’t like the skate borders , annoying and mean

Important parks that protect us from flooding.
Squirrels usually guard this place together.

I see how this park is coming together after it first started being built. I work nearby and pass by this park when I take certain routes home. I do like the width of the trails here. I'm glad the bathrooms have alarms that go off if someone's ever in there for 30+ minutes. There are two reliable bike racks near the bathroom close to Flight Way and Barranca Parkway. If Mess Hall had their own bike parking I'd use it, but since they don't I park here when picking up a restaurant meal there.

This park has almost zero utility. The list of prohibited activities is so long that it doesn't leave much that you can do and it even prohibits things that are not possible to do. For instance there are no barbecue pits. There is also zero shade as no shade has been constructed and all of the trees are shorter than I am. The grass is also dead. This seems like an afterthought of a park. It appears that some years later a bridge may connect it but right now the park stops at the next street. The final nail in the coffin is that the construction of the walkways is shoddy as well. There are significant gaps in the sidewalk which create tripping hazards. There are plenty of good parks at Tustin Legacy but this isn't one of them.

Clean and open park that’s not too crowded. Great for walking dogs as there are somewhat wide sidewalks. Looks like it can get flooded if there is ever heavy rain. There are some cute places to sit towards the back of the park by Mess Hall. Saw a few people walking their dogs here

Beautiful space for hanging out with your favorite ppl after you filled up on some energy - liquid or solid - at the Mess Hall located next to it. Free parking easy access. Loved it!
