The place looks great but the food is terrible. I ordered a salmon salad which is supposed to have arugula, frisée, watermelon radish, pepitas and cotija. Yeah as you can see from the picture there was no frisée,watermelon radishes, pepitas or cotija . I had ordered this to go so they probably figured they could get away with this. I should have checked the container. My fault for assuming integrity.

Oh and airport food is expensive but I mean 3.50 for an egg make this a 33$ salad …with half the things not on there!

The burger was fine but the service was the slowest I've ever experienced. Sat next to the kitchen and watched the workers text and joke around with each other while we waited 45 minutes for two burgers.

Got the Tex-Mex burger and some wine.

Apparently i had ordered my burger to go at the kiosk, but it didn’t specify where to go or where to wait so i sat at the bar.

There are servers but when i sat at the bar i was never greeted, but they were on their phones. I had to place my drink order with the QR code at the seat for a $20 glass of wine.
My food order was up but they were confused on who it went to.
I got my burger it didn’t have no jalapeños and i didn’t get to specify how i wanted it done and it was served medium, i would’ve preferred medium-well, but it was surpassingly really good i can’t even complain.

My gripe was just the lack of service and how long it took to make as i had a flight to catch.

So far I've only had a beer and the salmon salad. The beer was tasty (Juicy Hazy IPA) but the salmon salad was not good. I'll be back and I'll update this with more salads eventually.. Sitting here was fun though! 10/10 for music and ambience

I ordered mushroom and spinach omelette, bland, no taste at all. The potatoes seem like they were old and cold. There was another man who had placed his order before I did and had already waited more than 20 minutes. He asked the server and was told the kitchen staff was working on it. He ended up leaving after 40 minute wait.

Beat the piece of chicken breast to the thinnest pulp possible.
21$ for this? Rather go to Wendy’s, definitely regret my choice, and you will to.
Looks nice, don’t let that fool you though

Sitting ar Tanflewood Grille (conveniently located by my departure gate. As a seasoned traveller can't but note that getting a real meal and drink with ease when making a connrction is unusual. I note that the online ordering system us completely screwed up. Mario, our fantastic waiter (owner take notice) walked over and made my order work (on my phone). Go, and aak for Mario. You won't regret.

Bad experience, bad food. I could never recommend and I will never repeat.

Tanglewood uses self order terminals with last decades magnetic card readers. Getting that insecure and antique technology to read any of my 3 visa cards was problem number 1. It went downhill from there.

I ordered a simple hamburger and soda. With the taxes and automatically added gratuity for table bussing, it came to over $30. A hamburger and soda should be great, if not really good at that price. What I got was a burnt, charred bit of meat resembling shoe leather that was crunchy. The fries cold. But at least they gave me the worlds smallest squirt of ketchup and no service to ask for more.

That sucked but then my wifes order never came. She hinted down two different people and after over 30 minutes got it in a to-go box so she could make her flight. Her entree was also disappointing.

Don't waste your time or money at Tanglewood. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
