The place looks great but the food is terrible. I ordered a salmon salad which is supposed to have arugula, frisée, watermelon radish, pepitas and cotija. Yeah as you can see from the picture there was no frisée,watermelon radishes, pepitas or cotija . I had ordered this to go so they probably figured they could get away with this. I should have checked the container. My fault for assuming integrity.

Oh and airport food is expensive but I mean 3.50 for an egg make this a 33$ salad …with half the things not on there!

Located within the Indian Supermarket is this food counter that claims to serve Bombay Street Food. Very nice and friendly service. We tried the chaat buffet, bhindi masala, wada pav and ice cream. Service was nice and friendly. The pani puri was good and so was the samosa chaat and dahi batata puri. The pav bhaji had great pav but the bhaji itself was flavorless and just not very tasty. Dosas too were small and the fillings were just smeared on one side and were a bit greasy but ok. The bhindi was too oily but had great flavor with that tinge of smokiness one expects from street food.

I have tried this place a few times and would probably get the wada pav but skip the chaat buffet, which while a great deal, left me unsated.

Very buzzy cafe that provides a great breakfast buffet and I believe there is a dinner buffet too. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of food that lets you explore the food diversity of India. The fruit in itself is just fabulous and worth the price of the buffet. Top this with great service and life is good! The do need to up the coffee game though. Coffee was just not good at any level, which is a shame because it would definitely elevate the experience here!

This place actually has good food and decent service but it is extremely slow. We ordered drinks (just beer actually) that took them a good 15 minutes to bring. Ten minutes after that they send over some snacks. Food ordered : prawns were a trifle over marinated but had great flavor. The Kati roll which was supposed to have paneer tikka I believe really had paneer bhurji…tasty but not tikka. The big issue is the extremely slow service. It seriously took them ten minutes to just bring the check…when the station was ten feet away.

I am guessing that they are not really setup for people ordering off the menu.

The positive: super friendly and nice people who run the place. We ordered a smorgasbord and the standouts were the pakoras that were crispy and well seasoned. The naan was tender yet crisp and the added touch of sesame seeds added a great flavor. The chicken dish I ordered was kinda weirdly dyed red and was okay and so was the daal. This was really homestyle cooking.

They told me that their buffet has a great variety so that’s on the list for the future.
