Good food good service. Still feels a little cold inside with how busy it is. The buffet is stacked the drinks are good as is the service in the dining area. They do offer self service small cans of soda and water. Hope you can find a seat this place is packed during prime time the staff is very nice and helpful. Bathrooms are co Ed individually placed. They have showers also

United airlines has the worse club. In Newark airport, no hot food when open, only oats. This club opens at 5:00am not ready to serve travelers. If you have a 6:00am flight, they are hinting you not to come to the club because breakfast sandwich will not be ready till 5:30 as they told you. Just curious why the cook not come in at 4 & prepare the hot food for the passengers! So many early travelers just stand around & wait or just have a bagel, then head on to gate. What kind of service nowadays in the airlines.

Generous 2 stars. This lounge is terrible. Service pretty much non-existent. The burger (Polaris signature burger) was the worst burger I had in a very long time. A patty with cheese, a salad leave, a tomato that would have needed another few days to develop any taste in a bun that reminded me of wet cardboard. Not even a sauce (I made my own sauce with ketchup and mayonnaise). Even the chain with the golden M makes better burgers. The icing on top: it’s freezing cold in this lounge, so better bring a jacket [in summer].

I probably caught one of the busiest time at this lounge. Although Newark was in general not impressive at all, United did a quite good job managing this Polaris lounge, despite the tons of people there on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend. The staff made sure that there were always enough food, drinks, clean plates and cutlery, and dirty dishes got removed and tables cleaned almost immediately.

A good, low volume lounge. Unfortunately, this Polaris lounge, didn't have the best service in the restaurant. While waiting a while for my food, wanting to order a drink, the staff was just chilling.

It's large, clean, and a good place to relax before or after a long flight. Not the best of the Polaris lounge locations in my opinion sadly to say.

Best domestic lounge in the US. International feel for your short haul flight. A little crowded at times, but that will be fixed when the rotunda lounge is complete. Showers and high-end spirits, can't go wrong. The variety of food is great as well.

New lounge since 2022, spacious, terminal C, took elevator up to upper level near gate C123-130 area, hours 5am-10:30pm, recommend check out the bagel display, healthy breakfast, highly recommend Apple Crumb Cake, and say hello to bartender Calvin whose dream travel is Machu Picchu

Seating is at a premium around 4 and 5 pm but after 10 minutes we were able to find some good seating by the windows. There was a decent food selection and salad. The bar is fully stocked and there was tea and soda as well. It’s a nice place to relax, it wasn’t loud and the staff was friendly.
