Pésima atención al cliente.

A curadoria é ótimo, e encontramos na loja diersos itens que são exclusivos na cidade. Resslava para os preços das peças de menor valor, encontradas em outras lojas, que nessa, tinham preço consideravelmente mais alto.

I would give this 0 stars if I could! Terrible customer service and abusive staff.

I contacted Ecuador Shops on Instagram as I was interested in buying a few pieces. During our conversation, the store started to ignore me and claim the item were “sold out” (I can only assume this was part of a sales tactic to sell the products at an inflated price?!).

I then visited the store to see if the items were “sold out” and they weren’t. The shop assistant said she would sell them to me but once I questioned why she claimed they were “sold out” she started becoming very rude!

She claimed the items were sold out and the other items I could see in the shop were different, despite telling me that they were “one of a kind pieces of art” in a previous conversation.

She continuously shouted, even though we talked to her calmly and only questioned why she claimed the items were sold out… I HAVE NEVER BEEN SPOKEN TO SO RUDELY!!!

Luckily, I found other stores nearby that sold even better products for better price.

Avoid this place!!

Terrible customer service and very poor quality items which seem to be mass produced and sold more cheaply elsewhere. I also witnessed the shop assistant being very rude and dismissive to another customer who was simply asking for the price of an item. Would definitively avoid this shop and look elsewhere given the attitude of the staff!
