I had a great experience  while coming across with the MOHAP team Dubai Head office during the process of my License title upgrade. There I found very helpful staff paying respect to everyone and trying their best to resolve the issues. Luckily I got the chance to discuss my case with Mr. Wael Ramadan, Medical incharge, once I was stuck badly due to some system error, Mr. Wael Ramdan paid extra effort to resolve my issue and discussed my case with relevant authorities and resolved the impact of errors. Huge applause and thanks to Mr. Wael Ramdan as well as Ms Abeer adel ,then Director of licensing and Ms Ghadeer Abdeen then Manager of evaluation.
