I was there with friends on a pleasantly warm summer evening. I only had a bar snack (spicy cauliflower bites). They were good. I got the impression the food would be great, and want to return to find out! Great location and nice staff/service.

Nice food, but I wasn't impressed with the service. Dining with my 8-y-o grandchild…

Child looked at the menu and said "Can I have pancakes" ("Palatschinken" in Austrian). "With avocado". When she asked the waiter he said "No.… Pancakes are sweet, you can't have avocado on them." "But you have other dishes with avocado", pointed out her dad. "It's not on the menu!". Eventually, grudgingly, "OK, I'll go and ask", followed eventually by "OK, but it will be €2 extra…"

Interesting exhibits in an architecturally interesting building overlooking the river

The most interesting bit was the demonstration - making ornaments. You can buy the ornaments you see being made, but they sell out quite early, apparently. I visited on a Saturday afternoon in December. It was hard to find a parking place, and the museum was busy. We had to queue for 10 minutes or more for tickets, but not for entry.

Food was good. It was a cold and rainy Monday. Few restaurants were open and I seemed to be the only customer.
