DO NOT pay for the Saudi Arabian visa at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam using the automatic terminal machines, even if they tell you to do it. Just stand in the queue. On Jan 5th, 2024 I used the second terminal from the left in the photo, as adviced by the airport employee. I filled all the information properly, paid and the receipt didn't get printed. The terminal froze at the last step. The immigration officers didn't care, they didn't receive the details from this machine. My card was charged, no returns. Showed them I paid, they didn't care. The officers were rude, made me pay for the visa again. This way I paid 480 SAR twice. Gave me a generic website where I can file a complaint. Inshallah, they said, took zero responsibility. DO NOT be like me. Join the queue :-(
