DO NOT pay for the Saudi Arabian visa at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam using the automatic terminal machines, even if they tell you to do it. Just stand in the queue. On Jan 5th, 2024 I used the second terminal from the left in the photo, as adviced by the airport employee. I filled all the information properly, paid and the receipt didn't get printed. The terminal froze at the last step. The immigration officers didn't care, they didn't receive the details from this machine. My card was charged, no returns. Showed them I paid, they didn't care. The officers were rude, made me pay for the visa again. This way I paid 480 SAR twice. Gave me a generic website where I can file a complaint. Inshallah, they said, took zero responsibility. DO NOT be like me. Join the queue :-(
Nice place King Fahad International Airport Dammam It is the largest airport in the world by volume. It is beautiful inside. You will not understand if you don't go inside. It is a very beautiful airport.

I recently had the opportunity to travel through dmm airport, and I wanted to provide feedback on my experiences with your staff.
Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from one of your passport control employees at dmm airport . From the moment I approached the passport control booth, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by the employee. Their friendly demeanor and polite communication immediately put me at ease, which is a rarity in the often stressful process of passport control. Not only did the employee handle their responsibilities efficiently and professionally, but they also went the extra mile to ensure a positive experience for travelers. They patiently answered questions, provided clear instructions, and made the process as smooth as possible. Their friendliness and kindness made a significant difference in my overall travel experience and set a positive tone for the rest of my journey.
However, I must also share a less pleasant experience I had during my visit. While the airport inspections, I encountered an entirely different situation with one of your airport inspections employees. Without any apparent reason or provocation, the employee began shouting at me. The manner in which they raised their voice and treated customers was not only disrespectful but also humiliating. It was shocking to witness such behavior from an airport staff member whose primary responsibility is to assist and facilitate a smooth check-in process. The employee's rudeness created a hostile and uncomfortable environment for passengers and left a lasting negative impression.

The king fahad international airport is the one of good airport in Saudi Arabia the airport good and clean with the very good staff and very big in space silent and seat space good and big wifi aviable water and small eatarly there is very low rush in the airport at the exist of airport ther is too many taxi aviable for going to very place I think is good airport thanks
King Fahad international airport is really amazing 🤩, i have been there today to drop my brother it was really quick no long waiting.
Very neat and clean, so much cooperative staff there but have been some staff are very arrogant, i don’t know the specific reason it might be something personal to them.
If i talk about parking 🅿️, in the afternoon we found quick parking very near to the lift and we were able to reach departure terminals.

You’re gateway from Dammam Saudi Arabia to the world… been in saudi for 14 years and this airport is on a renovation stage, enhancement is going on however they’re monetizing simple freebies like the cart payment for 3 riyals and increase in parking fee which is not yet improved…
