As an out-of-towner, I walked by this place at lunch time and it was quite packed so I decided to stop in. There’s like a dozen or so kebab / shawarma places in this 1mi radius so this one got me.

I thought it was good. The chicken was delicious, along with the garlic sauce and babaghanoush. A pretty beige meal. I wish I got more veggies. I got my meal at around 2 and was literally stuffed for the entire day, until breakfast the next morning.

I really liked this place. Probably one of the better KBBQ places I’ve been to in NJ/NYC within the price point. It seriously hit the nail on the head.

Our server cooked the meat perfectly. The galbi had the perfect amount of char. It tasted amazing, and I’m 1/2 Korean.

The brisket was also great. The sauce, salt, and ssamjang they bring is great. I find places in NY don’t do that, but they do in Southern California. A+! They advertise it as wagyu, but brisket is brisket.

Came here a little over an hour before closing and it was a great experience.

Ordered the enchiladas mixtos & the girlfriend got some tacos and a mole tamale.

The enchiladas were one of the better ones I’ve had in NYC. I prefer roja over verde, and I felt like the flavor was perfect. The meat inside was also great too.

I tried one bite of the tacos and tamale too. The Al pastor was the best, carnitas was also good. The fish taco, unphoto’d, was not good. It’s just a broiled salmon taco.

Will come back again and try one of their main platter dishes soon. We first tried to come here on a weekend evening and it was completely packed, with an abuelo playing a guitar and singing, 🔥. Weekday evenings are pretty mellow for finding a table.

Elevated Thai food at this place here. This restaurant is truly delicious, and the outdoor seating is beautiful. I would recommend!!

1. Gai Yang - marinated grilled chicken thigh, with a sweet chili and jeaw sauce. The chicken was actually perfect.

2. Kanang Pad Krapow - sautéed brussel sprouts with basil, chili, and maybe some fish sauce. Really delicious.

3. Som Tum Thai - papaya salad. This was good.

4. Crab fried rice - it was not the best. I wouldn’t recommend it, plus the price point of $29. I would stray away from fried rice options here. Almost flavorless without the sauces on the side.

5. Yum Nua Yang - BBQ steak salad. Shallots, chili, lime. One of my favorite Thai dishes.

You would never know they sell homemade or imported chorizo from the outside. And it’s great! Take a look if you’re walking around Sunset Park, or if you’re getting some Mexican groceries for home.
