Wow.
The newest opening from the team behind Native does not disappoint
Form the design, which includes a huge bar, 3d printed from 1600kg of recycled plastic, to the tables, some made from recycled plastic some made, or grown, from mycelium, this space has reusing and reducing waste at it's heart.
The food is all plant-based, although you would not know it's, the cocktails are outstanding and this was one of the best non-alc cocktail lists I have been in ages.

Stunning to see how the space in the Hoxton Holborn has evolved.
When I was there they where doing a 6 month take over with Discarded Spirits, who are a Zero Waste spirits company. The cocktails where amazing and all designed around reusing waste! Recommend.
