Cintia

I was a bit concerned because of some online reviews but actually my stay at Sonder was quite good. I was not expecting such a big, well equipped apartment. Some things were broken or had signs of heavy use, however, this only caused minor inconveniences to us. Customer Service was super patient and helpful. I found the apartment clean and organized. The staff in the lobby were also nice and helpful. If Sonder invests in fixing these broken/damaged things, then this apartment would be a 5 star place to stay, no question about it :). I was not familiar with Sonder but I have taken note and I will definitely try other Sonder locations :)
