Really lovely rustic Italian menu. We had the tasting menu for two with one wine pairing. Everything was excellent: simple, bright, flavorful. It comes with a *wild* amount of food and you get to try 8 dishes in what they call four courses. Definitely a good deal for the price. Waiter was very knowledgeable and the service was great - really noticed the small stuff that most wait staff don't seem to be trained in anymore. A pleasure to eat here.

I love this boutique. It's an NYC classic. The clothes are well-curated and they carry some very small ateliers that you can't find anywhere else, with one of a kind pieces.
Prices are very high, but they do have real sales when the seasons change and basement sales a couple of times a year. So depending on your definition, you can actually find good deals here from time to time.
I've never had an issue with the staff. They have always been helpful. NYC doesn't offer an overtly cheerful vibe in most places, but I've never felt put off by employees here either. Also, the owner is an Asian woman, so an earlier reviewer's assertion that they discriminate against Asians strikes me as unlikely, FWIW.
