Smaller than you’d imagine but definitely makes up for it with personality! Check out online for events they host and when! You can see the Roosevelt Island Lighthouse and so much more on the other side of the river!

Great selection, helpful staff, check it out for yourself. It’s actually inside the Webster Public Library, in their basement! It really is a “cellar”.

If you’re just exploring City Island, this is pretty much the only view point that has seats and isn’t a private restaurant or property. This place is small, sad and more space should be allotted on this island for view but what can you do?

Place is kinda hard to find but once you do, this is where you’d find a lot of the activities on the island.
