So I have had a few vegan disappointments in the last few weeks but “Vegan Delights”won’t let you down... it’s a small booth in the Hollywood farmers market,but don’t let that turn you away. The Buffalo ckikn empanada and the ham and cheese foldover are incredible.

Even better news is the company is actually opening a “store-front” restaurant in Penbroke pines... check out their profile for more information....
The person who waited on me, Maria, the owner’s sister, is so sweet and charming!!! I will be back and I will be going to their restaurant!

One of my favorite monuments in Nyc by one of my favorite sculptors August Saint-Gaudens. The way it is painted... the way the light hits it and the allegorical stance makes you stop, look and wonder.... just a magical spot in this city of hustle and bustle. It’s also right near the entrance to the park/zoo so it’s a great place to people watch
