13/06/24 - A visit to this store is rather depressing. The entrance to the store is dirty, be it dried urine, bird droppings, other liquid stains, and there is always a Big Issue seller, beggar or charity chugger outside chasing donations. I wouldn't call this a pleasant welcome or experience.

As for the cafe, you sense that the fixtures and fittings could do with a thorough clean. As for the meals, the phrase 'rough and ready' springs to mind.

SJP and Raj are some of the nicest people you are likely to encounter on the morning journey to work. They cater for the humble commuter and the man who wants a beer. Use them but don't disrespct them!

LAX may have a bad reputation in terms of customer and airport experience but I thought the facilities and airport staff in TBIT were pretty good. Security control was efficient and the queues were well managed. Post security, the airport provides power points to charge cell phones and other devices. I thought this was a kind gesture as in other airports around the world this wouldn't be forthcoming!

18/09/23 - Chicken korma for £7.99. Although the curry and rice was flavoursome, the portion size was small.
