Pricy but convenient if you are staying in the hotel. The food was decent. Regular coffee is $5.00. The breakfast cheeseburger is great. You get a cheeseburger, eggs, bacon, and a side. The omelet was very good. Good portions. Staff is very friendly. Open kitchen concept with a bar in front. Lots of TV on with sports.

The Vatican tour was great with Chiara. She gave us detailed information and had photos to explain what we were seeing. She explained the paintings before we were in the chapel, so we really enjoyed the paintings. The climb was my favorite part. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to enjoy some history.

Wonderful Nobel palace that had been renovated. Much care and detail had been taken to preserve the past and introduce the present. Along the city wall of Palermo with panoramic views of the city and harbor. The palace was bombed in WW2 and was renovated back beautifully with wood and a deck to see the area. Even a sky light was placed where the bomb came in. Also kept the root of the tree that led to a well. Overall a wonderful educational place.

Beautiful church over 1000 years old. Church is free to tour. Beautiful mosaic, lots of gold and full of windows. Make sure to go outside and see the west entrance doors. They are beautiful. Learned about the church before we arrived, so we were able to see items we were interested in. Plan on spending 30 minutes in the church to see all the details. You do not need to pay for tours, and each area you are interested in, you can pay for just that part. We paid 7 euros to go into the garden. It was beautiful and all the details in the carving. Each side tells a story. We did not go to the balconies, but they were 4 euro.
