Lovely downtown restaurant with salads and healthy smoothies. This is a great place to have a lighter or healthier lunch, and the serving sizes are big enough to be filling. The salads are served with delicious sourdough bread. I was really impressed with the blue cheese in the buffalo cauliflower salad.

Soup Farm is a small local business that serves soups, salads, and sandwiches. It has a few vegan and vegetarian options daily, which are incredibly delicious. They have a mix of classic favorites and interesting soups you may not have tried before. Highly recommended!

Excellent vegetarian cafe in Kazakhstan's capital with plentiful vegan options. It has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere and is close to public transportation. It's not off of the main road, but don't be discouraged if it takes a few minutes to find! This place really is a haven for vegans and vegetarians in Kazakhstan. They also make vegan cheese here. I had a salad with avocado and pine nuts and mushroom soup. Both were delicious, especially the salad (and I am not usually a huge fan of salads). The menu has many options from different cuisines, and it is ALL vegetarian.
