I had an excellent experience. Couldn't make an online appt due to issue with the website but I got a hold of a very polite and thorough customer service representative on phone. Made an appointment to apply for dual citizenship as an adult with Registro Civil office. I arrived 30 min early. One of my requirement documents was not legible. The person working on my application allowed me to have someone email me a scanned copy of the document, then I emailed it to her. Once she had all the documents in hand, it was only a few minutes before my signature and fingerprint taken. Was given option for pick up in 10 days or walk 2 blks to UPS store for self addressed evenvelope. I choose to go to ups store . Came back with my envelope and gave them to her without another wait in line, for my documents to be mailed to me. The whole deal was under 3 hours. Everyone was super nice, thorough about their job, and polite. 10 stars 🌟 Gracias

Omg the L'Champignon Burger was so delicious and the truffles fries amazing. Can't wait to be back and try a different burger. They have a full bar and big screen TV. Also great attentive service. Would definitely recommend this be your new favorite burger spot!

I waited 6 months to write this review because I wanted to give my eyebrows time to settle in. first of all I would like to say, Piret gives a super friendly chipper persona but I felt like she was too busy for individualized attention , which you should get if your spending 2K. I am disappointed in my microblading results . I did a lot of research before I booked with Piret. I overplucked my eyebrows in 90s, and have been trying to grow them out for past few yrs. Finally was talked into microblading. I decided to book because of her stellar reviews, and that I'm believer in you get what you pay for , so didn't mind that her rates are the highest priced that I came across. Well I can tell you now, it is not worth it. I met with Piret a total of 3 times. The only time she actually took time with me, is for the initial consult. My 2nd appt for the actual microblading felt rushed, she didn't even do any mapping of eyebrows, just draw box around them. Maybe that's why one is higher than the other and looks thinner? my 3rd appt for the touch-up was a nightmare, she was in such a hurry she didn't even give the lidocaine 5 minutes to numb the area, she carved into my skin, as tears ran down my face I was in so much pain. I told her it wasn't numb yet, but she kept on blading and made excuses as to why I was in pain instead of just giving me a few minutes to let the lidocaine do its job! The end results, NOT ONE visible stroke, all shading with multiple bald spots , one eye brow higher/thinner than other and a very unhappy client. And this is not something that happened over time, this is what they looked liked a week after the last session. Way over priced for what you get, rushed, no empathy for clients physical comfort. Would not recommend and will not be back.
