Victoria Garden Hotel
The hard product is superb. The rooms are well designed, spacious, very well equipped, and clean. As others have noted, the bedding is comfortable, A/C is ample, and the shower pressure is wonderful.
Sadly, the soft product needs serious work. For example, breakfast is put out at 7:30. If you come at 8:30, most everything that was initially hot will be cold. The staff are generally sweet, but act very confused most of the time. Simple questions provoke much conferring.
