Renaissance New York Chelsea Hotel
The Renaissance Hotel in Chelsea turned out to be an excellent choice for my stay. Its location is superb, with everything seeming to be within walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and luxurious, with an exceptional view from my room. Cleanliness was top-notch, something I greatly appreciated.
What added to the experience was the hotel bar. Often, hotel bars can be quite average, but this one stood out, offering good drinks and service. The staff at the Renaissance truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly friendly and even allowed us to leave our car in front of the hotel for 2 hours before departure so we could enjoy breakfast without any rush.
Their commitment to service, coupled with the convenience and comfort of the hotel, has left a lasting impression on me. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again at the Renaissance Hotel on my next visit to Chelsea. Their attention to detail and guest-oriented approach have made this a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Where to begin with Milk Bar? I’ve been an admirer of Christina Tosi’s work since her appearance on Masterchef. The energy she radiated reminded me of my favorite art teacher. I first tasted her creations in Toronto at a mini Milk Bar in 2014, and I was absolutely enthralled. Fast forward to my first New York visit, I had to go to Milk Bar, and it didn’t disappoint! The desserts, the decorations, and the overwhelming joy the place exudes is something special.
I indulged in everything I could and was met with impeccable service. What stood out was the thoughtful staff. Knowing I had a 6-7 hour drive back to Montreal, they sold me frozen cakes to ensure they would last the trip. Their effort added an extra layer of delight to my experience.

J’ai aimé mon expérience au restaurant Five Guys de Montmorency. Une très belle découverte. Situé au cœur du nouvel espace Montmorency, cette franchise est l’une des premières à avoir eu l’audace d’ouvrir ses portes en ces lieux et j’en suis bien heureux! Ce lieu s’est avéré être un véritable paradis pour les amateurs de fast-food comme moi.
Ici, la qualité de la nourriture ne déçoit jamais. Un des points forts de ma visite fut sans aucun doute la frite cajun. Avec ses saveurs piquantes et bien équilibrées, elle est un "must" pour quiconque visite ce restaurant. Une autre agréable surprise fut le hot dog. Pour être franc, je ne m'y attendais pas, mais je dois admettre qu'il est vraiment délicieux et mérite certainement une mention spéciale.
La localisation du restaurant est également un avantage. Il est idéalement situé juste à côté de la station de métro Montmorency, ce qui le rend très accessible. De plus, l'intérieur du restaurant est assez spacieux pour accueillir un grand nombre de clients. Et si vous préférez dîner à l'extérieur, il dispose également d'une charmante petite terrasse.
En somme, l'ouverture de Five Guys à Montmorency est une excellente nouvelle pour l'arrondissement. Ce lieu est un joyau pour tous ceux qui apprécient une bonne cuisine rapide et de qualité. Je le recommande vivement à tous.
