Paid $10 for Friday- Monday in a secure and covered building with tons of availability (august weekend). Train was approx. 40 mins to grand central and ~$10pp. Very easy option for tourist not wanting to drive into the city, the station was right off the highway.
Conveniently located right at the base of the trail, and the owner will come open open up if not there at the moment. It’s this kind of personal service that makes it a great place to pick up some souvenirs. Very impressed with the quality and variety of quilts, knitting, art, and knick knacks.
Great way to see the City from the water! You can take the Roosevelt Island tram from midtown and then get on the ferry which takes you down to Wall St. Only $4 and approx. 40 mins.
