This truly has to be one of the best run Marriotts in the US, and certainly my favorite location at an airport. I have stayed at this property multiple times over the years, and the experience is 100% consistently great, which is unusual in today's times unfortunately. There is clearly excellent management of this hotel and it shows in every aspect from the cleanliness, to their attention to guest customer service and experience, and the exceptional food that they provide in their onsite restaurant.

I dined in the hotel restaurant twice today during my stay, once for lunch and another time for dinner, and Patti provided us with world-class service! She is an absolute delight and took excellent care of us. She is very talented at her craft! The food was exceptional and it was matched by amazing service! I would strongly recommend this property to any travelers that are in the Houston area and looking for excellent hotel accommodations. Patti and the property will not disappoint!
